Val d'Orcia (Siena) - Tuscany

A charming stone farmhouse with breathtaking views of the Val d'Orcia. Carefully restored with great attention to the details. A large dining out area to enjoy the stunning ever changing landscape of the valley below, an heated swimming pool and a barbecue area.


As a personal and warm welcome to this villa, Tuscan Views is delighted to offer to its guests a complimentary Tuscan dinner on the arrival day (wine not included).


Bellavista is very near Terrazzo and they can be rented together if required. We kindly advise families with small children to contact us before make any bookings as we think this property is not suitable for small children.

Arrivals and Departures:

  • Minimum stay is one week, maximum is four weeks.
  • Arrivals: Saturday around 4pm
  • Departures: Saturday at 9:30am


Prices for this property are in Euro. £ or $ prices are indicative and are calculated at the exchange rate as per 8th November 2012, therefore they may be different at the time you book this property. We will communicate the exact amount in £ or $ on the day the payment is due. Please note that at the time of booking a 50% deposit is requested to confirm the booking.

Security Deposit:

  • Deposit: € 2.000 (to be paid locally to the owner or his/her representative)
  • Security deposit: € 1,500 to be paid together with the balance. Deposit will be refunded 10 days after guests have left the villa less any damages or fee not paid.

Extra charges:

These charges are not included in the rental price and must be paid locally to the owner or his representative:

  • Heating (house + pool)
  • Telephone/internet connection (as per meter reading)
